Modificatiion of a rubber dam clamp simplifies isolation and crown-lengthening of a subgingival defect

Patient: 60 Year-Old Male with Hypertension and Hypothyroidism

Chief Complaint: Cold and biting sensitivity (maxillary posterior left area)

Dental History: The patient started developing symptoms after a partial coverage ceramic onlay (Tooth #14) had been placed 6 month prior to the examination with the author. The patient reported that he wore a night guard.
