The location and access to a root resorption defect often determines prognosis

Patient: 74 year-old female, history of bisphosphonate drugs (Boniva ,Fosomax) for osteoporosis (age at 2 ½ year recall)

Chief Complaint: asymptomatic

Dental History: The patient’s general dentist noted a resorption defect on the labial aspect of the mandibular right lateral incisor and referred her to the author
