Patient: 71 year old (time of 2013 Recall) female with polycythemia vera (PCV) and myelofibrosis

Chief Complaint: Sinus and cold sensitivity (2003), Pressure and biting pain (2009)

Dental History: In 2003 the patient first presented for examination with a history of sinus problems in the left maxillary posterior region. A dental etiology was unclear and the patient continued to have the sinus pathosis treated by her physician. The patient returned in 2009 with swelling and biting sensitivity localized to her maxillary left first molar.
