Pulp Capping Causes Long Term Adverse Pulp Changes

Patient: 58 year-old male with a history of heart attack February, 2013 (treatment cleared with physician)

Chief Complaint: Biting and Chewing sensitivity (maxillary right first molar, tooth #3)

Dental History: The maxillary right first molar had a history of deep caries and a PFM crown which had been placed many years earlier.
