Patient: 85-year-old female with hypothyroidism

Chief Complaint: Biting sensitivity and pain associated with a lower right second molar

Dental History: The patient first presented in 2007 with vague pain in another area of her mouth. In 2010 she returned with more defined symptoms related to the mandibular right second molar. She did not return until 2012 for another exam with the same symptoms
