Patient: 44 year old female with a history of Hepatitis B

Chief Complaint: Tooth feels “dead and uncomfortable” after recent root canal treatment by her dentist

Dental History: Endodontic treatment had been performed on the patient’s maxillary right lateral incisor (Tooth #7) which had been orthodontically moved into the position of the maxillary right central incisor which had been lost.
