Long Term Endodontic Failure With a History of Restorative Problems
Patient: 56 year- old female with a recent history of diagnosed atrial fibrillations (at time of 19 year recall, 2015)

Chief Complaint: The entire right side (upper and lower) of the mouth ached

Dental History: Recent mandibular right first molar (#30) crown replaced. The previous crown had fallen off and was left off for 6 months before the new one was made. The patient claimed that the new #30 crown “never felt right”.
