Patient: 58 year old female with a reported NSAID allergy

Chief Complaint: Constant ache (#19, 1999), “Bump on Gums” (#14, 2003), Asymptomatic (2013)

Dental History: Patient first presented for treatment in 1999 with pain associated with a lower molar (#19) having been treated many years earlier, the patient returned 4 years later (2003) with another failed previous root canal treatment on an upper molar (#14). The patient returned 10 years later (2013) and was seeing a prosthodontist and undergoing a full mouth reconstruction with multiple teeth in both dental arches provisionalized.
