A 65 year old male patient is treated having a maxillary central incisor with Type 2-3 Heithersay resorption.

Video highlights include:

Diagnosis with CBCT Mapping

Two step internal treatment of the external resorption defect through the root canal system

Management of the gross resorption defect

Injection of the bioceramic sealer with subsequent Cavit "pistoning" to precisely achieve apical control

Separate visit for resin bonded core placement (Biodentine needs to be set before applying acid etch for resin bonding)
