Chief Complaint: (1994) dull ache, (2012) severe gum bleeding
Dental History: Initial root canal treatment with silver points was performed 30-40 years prior to the recall examination (tooth #19). The patient returned 18 years after the author’s retreatment for an evaluation of severe periodontal inflammation (#19).
