Patient: 65-year-old female with controlled high blood pressure

Chief Complaint: Gum swelling and bleeding

Dental History: 2 years prior I had been referred the patient for routine nonsurgical endodontic therapy after a caries exposure during a crown preparation (tooth #30). Treament was uneventful until the patient returned with swelling and bleeding associated with the tooth
