Patient: Athletic 38 year old male in excellent health

Chief Complaint: Asymptomatic, radiolucency (mandibular right second molar) found by referring dentist on routine radiographic exam

Dental History: Orthognathic surgery peformed six years earlier with no radiolucency evident 2 years prior.
