CBCT comparison of adjacent root canal treatments

Patient: 55 year old male (at time of 19 year recall exam), excellent health

Chief Complaint: Patient complained of a tooth ache (1995)

Dental History: PFM splint (Teeth #’s 2-3) had been made for the patient in 1992. The patient reported hot, cold, and biting sensitivity prior to the initial endodontic exam in 1995. He also reported a history of sinus disease.
